The University of Florence provides an application that facilitates free access to a range of information and services related to its academic environment. This app is particularly beneficial for enrolled students, offering numerous functionalities designed to enhance their university experience.

Upon logging in, students have the ability to customize their homepage by selecting from various available services, such as their profile, exam calendar, exam results bulletin board, academic career records, dashboard, questionnaires, payments, social media updates, and a map of the university.

The "Profile" section includes the student’s name, surname, student ID number, and relevant information pertaining to their chosen course. The "Exams Calendar" displays both upcoming exams for enrollment and those already enrolled in which students have the option to cancel their participation. It is important to note that enrollment cannot proceed unless the required assessment questionnaire is completed; users will be redirected to address this requirement.

Students can view their exam marks through the "Exams Results" feature, where they have a one-time option to either accept or refuse their results. Meanwhile, the "Academic Record" provides an overview of passed exams and those still scheduled, detailing names, dates, credits awarded, and marks achieved. The total credits earned are accessible via the "Dashboard".

The app also features a "Questionnaires" function which allows students to complete and submit mandatory evaluation forms required for exam enrollment. Additionally, students can monitor their "Payments," including amounts paid, detailed information about transactions, and relevant dates.

Lastly, the application serves as a gateway to educational updates by connecting users to news published on the university's homepage and official social media profiles. It also includes access to Google Maps for navigating university offices.
